We welcome your interest in Oakhill College and encourage families to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) early, to ensure you are on Oakhill's enrolment list and receive all relevant information in a timely manner. Initial offers of enrolment for Year 7 are made two years prior to entry. Parents will receive an Enrolment Application link to complete while your child is in Year 5.
Year 7, 2027 Intake
Initial applications closed in March 2025, with first‑round offers issued in June 2025. Applications reopened later in 2025 for limited additional offers. If you submitted an EOI or application after the closing date, your son has been placed on the waiting list and may be invited for an interview, space permitting.
Oakhill College is not taking any more Expressions of Interest for this cohort.
Year 7, 2028 Intake
Initial applications closed in February 2026, with first-round offers issued in June 2026. Applications reopened later in 2026 for additional offers. If you submitted an EOI or application after the closing date, your son has been placed on the waiting list and may be invited for an interview for additional round offers.
Documentation
The following information will be required to be uploaded when completing the online Application for Enrolment Form, while your child is in Year 5 or 6:
For Students Applying for Year 7 Entry:
- Copy of End-of-Year 4 Report (or the most recent report available)
- Copy of Year 3 National Literacy and Numeracy Testing (NAPLAN) Results (or the most recent report available)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptism Certificate, Communion Certificate and other Sacraments received
- Copy of Immunisation Record
- Copy of Citizenship/visa (if applicable)
Applications may be supported with references, awards etc. – this is not essential.
The Australian Government requires that all schools collect certain personal and family information. Oakhill College will request this information from you two years prior, while your son is in Year 5.
Fees
- There is a non-refundable fee of $165 payable with your Expression of Interest.
- A non-refundable Administration Fee of $300 (Years 7-10) and $350 (Year 11), and an Enrolment Deposit of $2,000 is payable upon enrolment acceptance. The Enrolment Deposit is refundable at the end of Year 12 (provided the account is not in arrears), or upon withdrawal provided a full term’s notice is given to the College (otherwise it is treated as fee in lieu of notice). The payment of $2,300 or $2,350 is non-refundable if you withdraw prior to the student commencing at Oakhill.
The College reserves the right to amend the Application and Enrolment Process and to vary fees at its discretion.
Waiting List
If you do not receive an initial offer, your son will remain on our waiting list and you will be contacted if and when a position becomes available. During this time, we recommend that you continue to send the College updated reports and information.
Please note: Every application is evaluated holistically. Oakhill College siblings and College connections are not automatically guaranteed a position at Oakhill College. The Oakhill College Enrolments Committee and/or staff are under no obligation to provide reasoning as to why any student was/was not offered a position at the College.
